At Nesron Gadgets, we want you to enjoy a smooth and confident shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — within the limits of our policy below.
You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition it was delivered.
All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be intact.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To begin a return, email us at nesrongadgets@gmail.com.
All returns are picked up by our delivery rider, and a non-refundable flat return fee of GHS 50 will apply.
Returns that arrive without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
A defective item
A damaged item
An incorrect item
Contact us the same day at nesrongadgets@gmail.com so we can review the situation and resolve it promptly.
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)
Personal care or hygiene items
Custom-made / personalized products
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards
Sale or discounted items (all sale purchases are final)
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, kindly email us before making a request.
If you want a different item, simply:
Request a return for the item you have.
Once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.
This ensures the product you want doesn’t sell out while your return is being processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
If 15 business days have passed after approval and you still haven’t received your refund, email us at nesrongadgets@gmail.com for assistance.
Nesron Gadgets reserves the right to:
Reject any return that does not meet our condition, packaging, or timeline requirements
Decline returns for items showing signs of use, tampering, or damage not caused by delivery
Refuse unauthorized returns sent without prior approval
Charge additional fees for returns that require special handling
